LIVUORA provides wellness coaching services, educational content, and a referral marketing network platform. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified medical professional for health concerns.
3. Member Accounts
- Member accounts are created by existing members or the administrator.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must change your temporary password on first login.
- Accounts must not be shared with third parties.
- LIVUORA reserves the right to deactivate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Referral Network
- Each member receives a unique referral ID upon joining.
- Members may add new members under them using the dashboard.
- The referral network is built for community growth and wellness outreach, not for pyramid or fraudulent schemes.
- Any misuse of the referral system will result in immediate account deactivation.
5. Wellness Disclaimer
LIVUORA's coaching programs are designed to support lifestyle improvement. Results may vary between individuals. No specific health outcomes are guaranteed. Always consult your doctor before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or medication.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on LIVUORA — including text, images, graphics, and the 8 Areas of Wellness framework — is the intellectual property of LIVUORA. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
LIVUORA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or coaching services. Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
